Rules and Regulations for Youth Upwork Freelancers

1. KYC Verification:
   Every freelancer is required to complete KYC (Know Your Customer) verification to continue using the platform.

2. No Multiple Accounts:
   Freelancers are prohibited from creating or using multiple accounts.

3. Restricted IP and Device Use:
   Logging in with multiple IP addresses or devices is not allowed.

4. Prohibited Activities:

   • Using multiple IPs, multiple accounts, or devices.
   • Employing any VPNs or proxies.
   • Violations of these rules will result in account suspension along with forfeiture of all earnings.

5. Appeal Policy:
   Suspended accounts are not eligible for appeal.

6. Zero Tolerance for Faults:
   Any violation, even minor, may lead to account suspension, including the loss of deposited balances and pending payments.

7. Plan Upgrades:
   Freelancers cannot upgrade plans using account balances.

8. Plan Restrictions:
   Freelancers are not allowed to purchase multiple plans simultaneously.

9. Minimum Withdrawal Limit:
   The minimum withdrawal amount is $100.

10. Payment Delivery Period:
    Payments are processed via local mobile banking with a delivery timeline of 7 to 10 working days.

    • Delivery may be delayed due to natural disasters, country lockdowns, or unexpected banking holidays.
